Second, it&#039;s quite usual situation when it&#039;s rather organization which makes you quit, not any particular person (although it&#039;s debatable if the way the company is organized can be attributed to your bosses).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Of course more people quit poor bosses than good ones, that&#039;s true.</description>
