Dear Mr Mike Ram,
Thanks for your web and positive idealogy behind it.I disagree with the result you mentioned for the most happiest or sad countries in the world. The most happiest people in the world are bulgarian people, they are very lovely and you enjoy talking with them, their food, custom, weather and....are wonderful.I love them.
In the list of happy countries (switzerland,Netherland) are the worst countries and sad people in the world,i have been living there for many years and i recommend nobody live or travel there.
How we can help people in Bulgaria and the other countries to live happier is to show their positive part of what they have and destroy the false happy picture of the other so-called democtratic land which is made by media.
First step: dear bulgarian people i love you and you are the greatest nation in the world, please appriciate what you have which others dont
a big big big heart....................

Thanks Craig!

It's a good advice but I think that we should tech the people around us to do so to people around them so everyone show respect to everyone else. This is the way a nation to change its attitude.

Hi

I think it's about feeling in control of your destiny.

Great political turmoil, warfare, famine etc really mess with people.

What can we do at our individual level?

Remind the people around us that they are valued. And do it regularly.
