True. Perhaps the still is to be like a master musician who forgets all the rules and is able to play with complete freedom. What I’m saying is that you need to know your stuff but not be too aware of it so you remain flexible

I think overconfidence is important in this age and everyone should strive to express it. Every day I face at least once a situation where overconfidence and manipulation of other people’s impression of yourself is far more important and constructive than facts, knowledge and reason.

wow, really it does make sense, too much self confidence often is the risk in project management, those people who have more confidence than their true ability, are the ones who often screwed up on project deadlines.
